Terms and Conditions of Room Hire
Cancellation procedure and charges
All cancellations MUST be made in writing via email; the cancellation is then confirmed by return email. Should the user cancel and provide at least three clear working days’ notice, then no further action will be taken. Otherwise, the following cancellation charges apply:

24 - 48 hours’ notice
24 hours or less notice
25% hire charge payable
50% of hire charges payable
Full hire charge payable
Insurance
The Catalyst does not insure contents belonging to users of the meeting rooms. Please make arrangements to cover your own equipment during your meetings.
Terms and conditions
The Catalyst shall in no circumstance be liable for any loss of or damage to the property of the user, its agents or employees, or any breakdown of machinery, failure of electricity supply, leakage of water, fire, government restriction or Act of God. All of which may cause the premises to be temporarily closed or the hiring to be interrupted or canceled, whether caused by negligence of The Catalyst.
The user agrees to pay The Catalyst in full, for any loss or damage however caused, to any equipment used.
The user will be expected to leave the facilities in a clean and tidy condition. The facilities should be cleaned after a function where caterers have been employed.
The user will be liable for any security call – out charges incurred by failure to leave the meeting room in a secure condition i.e. all windows and doors closed and locked.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY INVOICES SHOULD BE PAID BY CHQ/BACS WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM INVOICE DATE.
Please remember that there are several companies working in the Catalyst. Your efforts to minimise noise and disruption are appreciated.
